Schedule Planner Pro
Unlike the Parent Duty Schedule Planner and Basic Schedule Planner, the Pro Schedule Planner allows for more detailed planning.
- Specify how many people you need per shift (1, 2 or 3)
- Blackout times can be defined individually for each shift instead of per day
- Define for each person whether they can work in 1-person, 2-person and/or 3-person teams
Shift Size
Specify the team size per shift.
In the schedule shown in the image, on the 1st, 8th, and 9th, two people are needed for shift 1. On the 8th, 3 people are needed for shift 2.
Blackout Dates & Shift Type
Each shift has its own blackout calendar. You can also check under the name which shift sizes the person is able to work in.
All shift sizes are preselected. This means the person can work in all 3 shift types. If you uncheck the box for 1-person shifts, for example, the person will only work in two- or three-person teams.

The rest works just like in the Quickstart Guide. Load preview, make manual adjustments if desired, review, and download the free schedule as a PDF.
